Yet, they continue revealing secrets. In 2023, a hidden nine-meter passageway was discovered in Khufu’s Pyramid. Experts speculate its purpose, suggesting it might have relieved the pyramid’s weight.

Mostafa Waziri, from the Egyptian Supreme Council of Antiquities, notes the corridor’s potential significance. “Scanning work will continue to uncover more secrets,” he said.
